To me it means being an optimal performer in time management. Balancing career and personal life in a way they allows them both to progress at the same time takes serious dedication. While juggling life and careers, also prioritizing self care and mental health is what it means for me to be an optimal performer.
To me, being an optimal performer means prioritizing your health, wellness, career, friendships, and emotional state to be the best version of your self. What do you think?
Optimal performer is bringing your best self each and everyday. Also being able to recognize that you are human and can have days that aren’t always at your optimal level. Being able to move forward past those and continue forward to be your best self!
I really like your comment regarding recognizing that there are days where we aren't at our optimal level, and then finding ways to move past it to become better. That's so true. It's okay to have a bad day, but we all need to find ways to turn the next day into a good one. Thanks for sharing!
