Do you have any suggestions when the people that I would like to have as my exercise partners only works out in the AM and I best thrive in PM workouts?
This is a great question! I don't think there's really a clear answer, but I can give a couple suggestions. First, see if there is anybody else you could exercise with in the PM. Perhaps there are coworkers or other friends who enjoy going at that time. Second, to make it as easy on yourself as possible to exercise, see if there are people at home who can make your new exercise habit easier. See if they can organize supper those nights so it's one less thing to do once you're done. Give those a try and let me know how it goes!
While my original exercise friends have moved on after university, we all keep in touch via groupchats! It's a great way to still have your gym partners around to keep you motivated :)
Yes, this is a great idea! While this isn't quite the same as in-person exercise partners, groupchats are an excellent way to keep people motivated who may live apart or go to different gyms. I have two virtual exercise partners myself who make waking up in the morning to go to the gym significantly easier! Thank you for sharing this wonderful addition to this week's article.
