My automatic emotional reaction for both highs & lows or success & failures is tears. It is my main emotion and seems to push through my body as the trigger release for me. Once that has been released then for Highs/ Success would be smile and joy. Lows/Failure would be feeling of frustration or disappointment.
I do my best not to allow myself to sit too long in either of the emotions.
Very interesting that you experience the same initial emotional reaction for both highs and lows. That's perfect that you try to not dwell too much on the emotions. That's an excellent way to keep moving forward. Thank you for sharing!
