Who am I and why start a blog?
I am a master’s graduate from the University of Ottawa. My research focused on enhancing sport performance, experience, and lifestyle adherence for Masters athletes (adults 35+). I currently run a consulting practice dedicated to enhance one’s ability effectively engage in physical activity or sport across the lifespan.
I started this newsletter to share my knowledge and expertise with those beyond my consulting practice. The information contained within each post can be used in multiple facets of life, and I encourage you all to see how it can be applied to you.
