Thank you for sharing. I think it’s ok to let perfectionism drive us to do well, but it’s important to know when to stop and not waste time on unimportant details that can be taking time away from what matters.

Yes, that's exactly right. If we let perfectionism push us towards high performance, it may be difficult for some to not let it overcome them, such as spending too long on a particular task. There needs to be a healthy balance between high quality and maladaptive perfectionism. Thanks for sharing, Alex!
